IMUSA Tri-Rally @ Lake Placid, NY: June 9 - 12, 2011
Our 2010 inaugural TriRallys were a great success, with over 200 athletes attending our IMUSA and IM Wisconsin Rallies. For 2011 we are pleased to expand our TriRally schedule, adding Ironman Texas to the calendar. Sign Up for the Weekly Update to receive the lastest news on all EN TriRallys and other events!
A Tri-Rally is a FREE** training weekend put together by triathletes like you.
Everyone from newbies to Kona qualifiers can participate, train on the Ironman course and get to know each other. Endurance Nation's own Patrick McCrann will be on hand to guide the weekend, train with the participants, and offer informative discussions each day.
** By "free" we are actually charging you $25. Last year we had 200 folks sign up for the Placid Rally but we think only 75 showed...not easy to organize! Us charging money means you are serious about attending! We promise to hook you up with a killer shirt if you sign up by 5/27, or if you register later we'll donate the money to a local cause -- EN makes zero money off this camp!
Rallies are 100% SELF-SUPPORTED
Everyone participating should be ready to take care of themselves at all times -- from spare tubes and CO2 to extra food, money and a cell phone, you need to be ready. We'll have support available but it might not be right where you need it when you need it -- consider it like any long ride or workout you'd do from your house!
Rallies are open to anyone who wants to attend!
That's right, TeamEN members, Fans, friends, training partners, and even the general public are invited to train with us on the course!
Why are the Endurance Nation Tri-Rallies "Free?"
We are committed to building stronger, faster, smarter, well-balanced age group triathletes, at a fraction of the cost of traditional one-on-one coaching. Expensive, exclusive Ironman training camps are just not compatible with our mission statement. Instead, it's just more fun, and the right thing to do, to leverage our experience (8 x camps in the IMUSA course, 7 x on IMWI) and create fun, challenging, and informative training weekends for EVERYONE.
Cost: FREE** ($25 for shirt or donation; dinner ticket is optional as we'll be going out every night)
Your Rally Ticket Includes:
- Group Training Opportunities on an official Ironman course.
- Course Maps, Coach Access, Group Rides/Runs, etc.

PM ARRIVAL: If time permits, participants will organize a run.
EVENING MEETING: 5:00pm High Peaks Cycles
Friday
WORKOUT: Ironman Race Simulation; (100-112 bike / 4-6 run)
COACHES TALK: 5:00pm -- Race Rehearsal Debrief: Lessons learned, problems solved and more. Location: Courtyard Marriott
EVENING SOCIAL: 8:00pm -- Location: TBD
Saturday
WORKOUT: Epic Cool Ride; (up to 112 miles optional)
RALLY DINNER: 6:00pm -- Location: Courtyard Marriott
**Cost: $25, Registered Attendees will get a chance to buy a ticket. This is not required as we'll be going out every night...it's just a nice way to close out the weekend!

WORKOUT: AM Long Run on the Course.
